Simultaneous translation (English/Turkish and Turkish/English) will be provided at various sessions according to the program. Registration and Information Registration and Information desks will be open everyday during the congress between 08.00 and 19.00 at Pine Beach Resort Hotel . Name Badges All participants and accompanying persons are required to wear their badges throughout the congress, particularly during their entrance to the congress center, the scientific sessions, at the exhibition and poster areas and other scheduled social activities to ensure the safe and smooth flow of the congress. Accreditation Our congress will be awarded credit points for Continuing Medical Education by the Turkish Medical Association. Forms regarding these credits will be placed in congress bags. Exhibition Area The pharmaceutical companies will be able to exhibit their products at the space allocated to them at the congress center during the congress. The exhibition will be open to Congress participants throughout the congress. Invitation Letter Invitation letters can be sent to registered participants to facilitate their attendance to the congress, upon request. This is only intended to help potential participants who need to obtain a visa or a permission from their affiliated institutions in order to attend the congress and does not imply a commitment to provide any financial support. Educational Courses Educational courses will be held by the Turkish Foundation of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery during the congress. Detailed information regarding registration, topics and speakers will be communicated to the participants via announcements and the congress website. Certificate of Attendance A "Certificate of Attendance" will be provided for all registered participants at the conclusion of the congress at the main registration desk located at Pine Beach Resort Hotel. Congress Abstract Book, Program Book and Congress CD will be placed at the Congress Bags. Transfer Please contact Topkon Congress Services regarding your transfer requests.
