All participants and speakers of the congress scientific meetings, accompanying persons and company representatives are required to register to the congress.

The registration fee includes admission to scientific sessions, lunches and dinners, opening cocktail reception and gala dinner invitations, congress abstract CD, program book, certificate of attendance, congress bag and name badge.
The filled registration form should be sent to Topkon Congress Services, along with the bank receipt of the required payment, for the confirmation of your registration to the congress. Applications containing either a registration form or a bank receipt alone will not be confirmed and will be placed on a waiting list.

VAT will be added to the fees above.

All participants, who are not staying at the above hotels and who have not arranged their accommodation through our agency, will be asked to pay a daily admission fee of 30 EURO to the congress hotel.
Participants will have all their lunches and dinners during the congress at the hotels they are staying (except for the gala dinner and the opening night event).
The above prices are PACKAGE PRICES including 4 nights accommodation (October 28th 2009 Check-in - November 1st 2009 Check-out) on an ALL INCLUSIVE basis.
The above prices will be valid for accommodations less than 4 nights.
VAT will be added to the fees above.

TERMS OF REGISTRATION AND ACCOMODATION CANCELLATIONS

The total amount excluding bank transfer fees will be refunded for cancellations made on or before June 1st, 2009
For cancellations made between June 1st and July 1st, 2009, the rate for one night per room will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded .
There will be no refund for cancellations made after July 1st, 2009.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
